Description
CD161, clone DX12, is derived from splenocytes from C3H/HeJ mice immunized with murine fibroblasts stably transfected with hNKR-P1A cDNA in the pBJ expression vector and fused with Sp2/0 myeloma cells.CD161 recognizes the human NKR-P1A antigen, a disulfide-linked homodimer of a 40-kdalton (kDa) glycoprotein reduced to 26 kDa by treatment with N-glycanase.
