Description
Anti–HER-2/neu, clone Neu 24.7, is derived from the fusion of NSO myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice injected with living SKBR3 human breast carcinoma cells.Anti–HER-2/neu recognizes a single protein of 185 kdaltons from HER-2 transfected cells.
