Description
The CD38 antibody, clone HB7, is derived from hybridization of mouse P3-X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with the BJAB cell line.The CD38 antibody recognizes an integral membrane glycoprotein of 45 kilodaltons (kDa), with a protein core of 35 kDa. The CD38 antigen is also known as T10, ADP-ribosyl cyclase, and cyclic ADP ribose hydrolase 1.
