Description
CD7, clone 4H9, is derived from hybridization of mouse P3-X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with T-acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells.CD7 recognizes a human T- and natural killer (NK)–lymphocyte antigen, Mr 40 kilodaltons (kd).
