Description
The CD1a antibody, clone SK9,1 is derived from hybridization of NS-1 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from CD-1 mice immunized with human thymocytes.The CD1a antibody recognizes a 49-kilodalton (kDa) type I transmembrane glycoprotein that associates non-covalently with β2-microglobulin.
