Anti-IgM, clone 145-8, is derived from hybridization of mouse P3-X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cells with lymph node cells from BALB/c mice immunized with the human myeloma μ chain.The Anti-IgM antibody is specific for all subclasses of human IgM heavy chains.
