Description
The CD45 antibody, clone 2D1, is derived from the hybridization of NS-1 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). The CD45 antibody (anti–HLe-1) recognizes members of the T200 family of human leucocyte antigens with molecular mass of 180 to 220 kilodaltons (kDa.)

ApplicationFC - Quality tested
Recommended UsageEach lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 20 µl per million cells or 20 µl per 100 µl of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. * Pacific Blue™ has a maximum emission of 455 nm when it is excited at 405 nm. Prior to using Pacific Blue™ conjugate for flow cytometric analysis, please verify your flow cytometer's capability of exciting and detecting the fluorochrome.
Excitation LaserViolet Laser (405 nm)
