Description
Recombinant Human Interleukin-6 protein produced in E. coli constitutes full length non-glycosylated human IL-6 and retain full biological activity. Interleukin-6 is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor, acting on B cells, T cells and hybridoma cells. The biological activity of this preparation was determined by its ability to stimulate the proliferation of mouse B9 cells.
Storage Information
Prior to reconstitution store at -20°C. Following reconstitution store at -20°C.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the protein. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
