Recombinant human IL-7 is a 17.4 kDa protein comprised of 153 amino acids corresponing to the ful-length mature sequence. IL-7 is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor acting on Pre-B, Pro-B and early T cells. In a dose dependent cell proliferation assay using 2E8 cells this product shows a specific activity of > 2 x 10 6 units/mg. Recombinant human IL-7 is recognized by Rat anti Human IL-7 antibody clone BVD10-40F6 in ELISA.

Prior to reconstitution store at -20°C. Following reconstitution store at -20°C.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the protein. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
