Human Interleukin 11 is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor which stimulates the growth and survival of certain B cells and T cells. This product has an ED50°F 0.5ng/ml as determined in a proliferation assay using murine T1165 hybridoma cells.

Prior to reconstitution store at -20°C. Following reconstitution store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the protein. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
