Description
HC-75 is a poly (styrene-divinylbenzene) copolymer with 7.5% cross-linkage. The HC-75 column in hydrogen (H+) form is excellent in the separation of sugars in combination with organic acids, alcohols, and glycerol, which is essential in QC and monitoring tests for fuel ethanol fermentation analysis. The mobile phase is only water with an acid modifier if needed. This reduces cost and broadens the use of available detectors. Application Examples: Oligosaccharides (degree of polymerization ≤ 8)
