Hamilton RCX-30 columns are designed with high exchange capacity for quality carbohydrate separation. These columns have further increased exchange capacity from RCX-10 columns. This results in longer retention and better separation of carbohydrate mixtures. High pH can be used to enhance carbohydrate separation on RCX-10 and RCX-30 columns due to the negative charge of sugars at basic pH. Application Examples: Complex mono- and disaccharide separation.
