General description
Standard resin for the synthesis of peptide amides by Boc SPPS [¹,²]. Carboxylic acids or amino acids can be attached using standard methods of amide bond formation. Cleavage of the carboxamides from this resin can be affected by treatment with HF or TFMSA.
