Description
General description
24.405 kDa calculated.
Human IgG1 Fc-tagged recombinant human CXCL16/SR-PSOX extracellular fragment.
Application
Epitope: Chemokine domain.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Clone 22-19-12 neutralizes human CXCL16/SR-PSOX-mediated chemotactic and phagocytosis activities by targeting the exracellular chemokine domain (Shimaoka, T., et al. (2003). J. Immunol. 171(4):1647-1651).
Physical form
Purified mouse monoclonal IgG1κ antibody in PBS without preservatives.
Preparation Note
Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.
Analysis Note
Evaluated by Flow Cytometry in PMA-treated THP-1 human monocytes.
Flow Cytometry Analysis: 0.1 µg of this antibody detected CXCL16/SR-PSOX surface expression on PMA-treated THP-1 human monocytes.
