General description
A newer molecular entity that is structurally similar to tramadol, tapentadol represents the first new drug of the centrally-acting analgesic class approved in the US in more than 25 years. This new internal standard is suitable for many LCMS or GCMS applications, including forensic or pharmaceutical analysis, urine drug testing, isotope dilution methods, or calibrator preparation.
Application
Tapentadol-D3 hydrochloride solution is a Certified Reference Material can be used as an internal standard, in liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) for forensic and pharmaceutical analysis.
