Overview
Clone REAL367 is an antibody fragment derived from the full CD300c antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity.
Clone REAL367 recognizes the human CD300c antigen, a type I membrane protein also known as CMRF-35, CLM-6 or CD300 antigen-like family member C. CD300c is expressed on monocytes, neutrophils, on subpopulations of T and B cells, and lymphocytic cell lines. CD300c plays a role in the regulation of TNF-a and IF -a secretion in activated plasmacytoid DC´s (dendritic cells) and is involved in proinflammatory cytokine production.
The REAlease Kits consist of the respective fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes and the REAlease Support Kit for removal of the REAlease Complexes and optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes.
