Description
The Daily QC (Quality Control) test runs a set of iQue®QC Beads and checks their performance against a set of standards. For each fluorescence channel, the mean fluorescence and CV of the brightest peak is checked. Daily QC check not only ensures that system performance is within specification but is also a useful diagnostic tool if issues arise.
